The Cabinet approved it on 6 October; it takes effect on 11 October. This ends the continued transitional application of the 2003 guideline, which had been repealed in 2023. The guideline sets minimum risk prevention and control criteria for public authorities and operators of facilities that manufacture, store or handle specified quantities of hazardous substances and fall under Royal Decree 840/2015.
