Participating students must meet the agreement’s enrolment and insurance requirements. The placements are educational and unpaid under this agreement. They do not create an employment relationship, replace staff positions or count as a public-service recruitment advantage. The published framework is distinct from confirmation that particular students have already started placements. ## Data ### Source publication Publication of the official announcement on 30 October 2026.
