The contract covers the foundation, construction and full structural works of the SMC3 Hospital project on the Northern Ring Road in Riyadh. Its value is SAR 148,447,428.50, excluding VAT. The works follow the approved drawings, specifications and bill of quantities, and the contract runs for 360 calendar days from site handover. SMC3 is designed with 296 beds and 200 outpatient clinics, and the company said it will include a helipad for emergency services and the transfer of critically ill patients. The company said it will finance the project through internal resources and/or bank facilities, as required, and that no related parties are involved. SMC Healthcare expects construction of SMC3 to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2028.
