In its assessment based on Rosstat data, the bank highlighted reduced supplies of some foods and consumer electronics in Bashkortostan. Greater food supply lowered food prices in Perm, while ruble depreciation affected non-food goods. Motor fuel, smartphones, televisions and education fees stood out in Sverdlovsk; the bank linked its seasonally adjusted acceleration to unstable fuel deliveries and vocational education fees.
