It involved 106 HLA-A2-positive patients at 19 sites in France, Italy and Spain. The three groups received Tedopi with docetaxel, Tedopi with nivolumab, or docetaxel alone. One-year overall survival was the primary endpoint. OSE reported rates of 47% for Tedopi plus docetaxel, 46% for Tedopi plus nivolumab and 29% for docetaxel alone. The company’s topline release gives the total study population without individual group sizes or confidence intervals for these rates.
