Nigeria’s Bank of Agriculture said it provided essential food supplies to more than 150 vulnerable households in Lagos and Kaduna States as part of World Food Day 2026. The bank said the outreach was organised with Inspire World International Foundation and the Lagos Food Bank Initiative.

The bank said community assistance addressed immediate food needs alongside its work financing agricultural production. Its release did not give the outreach date, quantity of supplies or cost. October 20 is the release date used as the reference date here, not a claim about when the outreach took place; the reported household count is more than 150.
