The contract covers Phases 1 and 3 of Bay Grove Residences on Dubai Islands. The scope is 537 one- to four-bedroom homes in seven residential buildings: Phase 1 has 296 homes in four buildings and Phase 3 has 241 homes in three. It also includes basement works, associated infrastructure and resident amenities such as swimming pools, play courts and a fitness centre. Nakheel said the main construction works are anticipated to be completed in late 2028. Once complete, the wider Bay Grove Residences community will have 1,154 homes in 15 residential buildings, Nakheel said.
