Eli Lilly reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of 24.397 billion dollars on 29 October, up 39% year on year. Reported net income was 6.451 billion dollars, with diluted earnings of 7.22 dollars per share, compared with 6.21 dollars a year earlier.

Non-GAAP earnings were 7.48 dollars per share, compared with 7.02 dollars. Both reported and non-GAAP figures included acquired in-process research and development charges of 4.57 dollars per share, against 0.71 dollars in the previous year’s quarter. The adjusted measure therefore does not exclude this acquisition-related expense.

The company raised its full-year revenue forecast to 91–92 billion dollars from 85–87 billion dollars. Its non-GAAP annual earnings range became 35–36 dollars per share, compared with 35.50–36.50 dollars, as the acquired research charges more than offset an improvement in underlying expectations. Forecasts are distinct from results already achieved.
