A 25 October Anadolu Agency report from Bishkek described two parallel events: AGROEXPO-2026, an international agricultural products and machinery exhibition, and the traditional Golden Autumn fair. The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry organized the gathering, which brought together companies in farming and livestock and local farmers. The coverage was firsthand, including remarks by a government minister and a Turkish machinery exhibitor.

At the exhibition opening, Deputy Cabinet Chairman and Agriculture Minister Erlist Akunbekov said 1,724 agricultural machines had been provided to farmers this year through concessional credit, creating 2,000 jobs. He also said 10,453 agricultural enterprises had received a total of 12.537 billion Kyrgyz som in loans through support programs. The figures are the minister’s statements as reported by AA; the report does not identify a period-specific disbursement table or independently audit them.

The machinery display included Turkish-imported mini excavators and excavator-loader machines. Sales manager Aleksey Sutulov told AA the firm was showing equipment made in Ankara and İzmir and described its performance and service support as selling points in Kyrgyzstan. His comments are a company representative’s market assessment; the article gives no unit sales, import share, firm name, contract awards or customer survey.

Agricultural technology was only one part of the fair. The report says Arashan sheep and breeding stock brought from Türkiye were displayed, and the accompanying Golden Autumn event offered organic farm products, meat and deli goods, seedlings, plants and fisheries products for sale. This placed machinery and input markets alongside livestock genetics and food processing, though AA did not publish exhibitor totals, attendance or transaction values.

The minister said the machinery credit program had generated employment, but the article does not provide a method linking each job to a particular machine or a baseline for comparison. Likewise, the 10,453 enterprises and loan total describe the broader support programs, not necessarily recipients who attended the expo. Keeping the claims separate helps distinguish public credit activity from the products and suppliers shown at the event.

The report presents the fair as a meeting point for farm equipment, credit-supported mechanization, livestock breeding and food products in Kyrgyzstan. Its evidence is descriptive: one minister’s account of support-program outputs and one exhibitor’s view of Turkish machinery’s position. It offers no estimate of productivity gains, the share of equipment produced domestically, or whether displayed livestock or machinery led to later orders.
