Products came from trainees and alumni at centres in Delhi, Thiruvananthapuram, Dehradun, Bhubaneshwar, Kolkata and Mumbai. The displays included textiles, bags, candles, electronics, paintings and other handmade products. Stalls allowed participants to meet visitors, receive feedback and explore sales and self-employment opportunities. The ministry’s wider network of 24 centres provides counselling, vocational training, placement support and outreach. The ministry said it planned to expand future fairs to include more centres. This describes an intention rather than a completed national rollout. The announcement does not quantify sales revenue, jobs secured or individual incomes generated by the fair. ## Data ### Source publication Publication of the official announcement on 29 October 2026.
