The ILO’s 9 October report said the Kigali meetings formed part of the validation process for Rwanda’s employment policy. Technical exchanges focused on youth programmes, participation and partnerships.

Youth representatives reviewed policy priorities, drafted a Call to Action for implementation and monitoring, and submitted recommendations to MIFOTRA. The source reports submission, not adoption of a final policy or measured employment effects.
