The company also reported near-surface results from another hole and drilling at the Cleary area. Freegold said the drilling is supporting a pre-feasibility study targeted for 2027, alongside geotechnical holes, metallurgical testing and baseline work. The release cited the project's July 2025 resource estimate separately: 17.2 million ounces indicated at 1.24 g/t and 11.9 million ounces inferred at 1.04 g/t.
