The examples cover drafting estimates and invoices, following up with customers, sorting email requests, producing website and social-media content, analysing construction-site data, scheduling jobs and appointments, managing supplies and stock, and setting up customer support. Each sheet gives application examples, expected benefits, implementation steps and good-practice guidance. The DGE says the guide is intended to support considered use of AI. It also presents selected solution providers and includes an investment-prioritisation grid, useful contacts, pointers to the legal framework and an AI glossary.
