The AgrobioSA event included field observation and tasting of couscous made from local maize. The assessment combined qualitative and quantitative field observations with a blind tasting. “Cateto Semiduro Dona Júlia” placed second in the tasting; that is not a yield result or a general ranking of agronomic performance.
