# DualEntry publishes results from synthetic accounting AI benchmark

DualEntry announced results on 21 October from its Accounting AI Benchmark, which evaluates models on 101 synthetic cases across eight accounting areas. The company said each of 19 models was tested three times with the same accounting environment, tools and instructions; a task counted as passed when a model met the fixed scoring rule in at least two runs.

DualEntry reported Gemini 4 Argon at 91.1% overall accuracy and DeepSeek V4.1 Flash 1017 at 82.2%, compared with 84.2% for the earlier DeepSeek V4.1 Flash version. The company’s benchmark page says results use a versioned October 13 evaluation release. These scores describe this synthetic test set and methodology; they do not establish performance on live accounting work.
