# Azerbaijan produced 19.9 million tonnes of oil and condensate in nine months

> Azerbaijan produced 19.9 million tonnes of oil and condensate from January through September 2026, down 3.9% year on year, according to Energy Ministry data carried by AZERTAC on 15 October. Oil exports were 15.5 million tonnes, a decline of 10.9%.

Separate gas data for the same period showed production of 37.9 billion cubic metres and exports of 18.4 billion cubic metres. The ministry figures put 8.6 billion cubic metres of gas exports to Europe and 7 billion to Türkiye. These are ministry figures relayed in two separate reports by the state news agency.
