AWS published two methods for distributing Marketplace private pricing offers for third-party Bedrock models across organization accounts. A one-time script lists licenses and activates grants after explicit approval; a CDK approach processes EventBridge agreement events, checks sellers against an allow-list and creates grants.

The October 13 guide requires AWS Organizations features to be enabled and License Manager and Marketplace permissions configured in the management account. Automation can target selected accounts, organizational units or the whole organization; the seller allow-list is a security boundary. AWS says negotiated rates apply when grants reach ACTIVE or WORKFLOW_COMPLETED and billing data can lag.
