Ohne Währungsneubewertung stiegen die Gesamtschulden im zweiten Quartal um 6,1 Billionen Rubel; die am 9. Oktober aktualisierte Tabelle wies 81,5 Prozent des BIP, ein jährliches Wachstum von 10,9 Prozent und einen Anteil inländischer Kreditaufnahme von 95,4 Prozent aus.

Nichtfinanzielle Organisationen schuldeten 111 Billionen Rubel, Finanzorganisationen außerhalb des Bankensystems 26,4 Billionen und Haushalte 44,4 Billionen. Das ist keine Zentralstaatsschuld: Die Kennzahl umfasst Organisationen, Finanzorganisationen außerhalb des Bankensystems und Haushalte.
