تحدد مجالات محتملة لتحسين العمليات.\n\nأما الأداة الرابعة، الصندوق الوطني للمرونة الصناعية، فقد أُعلن عنها قبل المنتدى. ففي مايو 2026 أعلنت الوزارة وبنك الإمارات للتنمية وأدنوك صندوقاً بقيمة مليار درهم تديره المؤسسة المصرفية على مدى خمس سنوات. وحددت أدنوك بوصفها الشريك الأول. وصُمم الصندوق لدعم توسعة المنشآت القائمة وسلاسل الإمداد المحلية في ستة قطاعات صناعية استراتيجية؛ ولا يعلن خبر المنتدى عن تخصيص جديد منه.\n\nووصفت الوزارة المنتدى بأنه فرصة لزيادة معرفة المصنعين والمستثمرين والموردين بالبرامج الوطنية القائمة والشراكات الصناعية. وقالت إن الهدف هو مساعدة الشركات على تحديد الطلب المناسب على المشتريات وفهم مسارات التمويل ودعم التكنولوجيا. ولا يقدم الإعلان أعداداً متوقعة للشركات أو الطلبات أو العقود أو قرارات التمويل الناتجة عن الفعالية.\n\nكما تعتزم الوزارة دعوة الشركات للمشاركة في الدورة السادسة من فعالية «اصنع في الإمارات»، المقرر تنظيمها في أبوظبي من 3 إلى 6 مايو 2027. وهذا معرض مستقبلي منفصل. وتتمثل الفائدة العملية لمنتدى 25 أكتوبر للمصنعين في التعرف على آليات الدعم القائمة؛ أما
